Product Description

Fibrocare (HoV-PPG/DF1/KP1)

Manages Fibrous Cells

Fibrocare has been designed to target the genes, KEAP1, DEFB1 and PPARG. KEAP1 suppresses cell cycle growth. PPARG has been linked to the elimination of fibrous cells while DEFB1 has been known to provide protection against various foreign substances including those bacterial and viral in nature.

What do the genes KEAP1, PPARG and DEFB1 do?

KEAP1 is a recently discovered master cell cycle suppressor gene. Scientists at the M. D. Anderson’s Department of Molecular and Cellular Oncology discovered how it works [1]. It suppresses cell cycle growth by destruction of oncoproteins, proteins that promote cell cycle growth. It also inhibits cell cycle invasion or spreading and helps to starve off a cyclic cell’s blood supply so that its growth is arrested.

Dr. Nam and colleagues [2] have demonstrated that up-regulation of PPARG is helpfulis helpful in the suppression of fibrous cells. They have discovered that stabilization of the activity of PPARG slows down the growth of fibrous cells. It also triggers a self-destruct mechanism which causes fibrous cells to kill themselves.

When fibrous cells are killed by the action of PPARG for example, the uterus and uro-genital tract may become more prone to germ proliferation. The DEFB1 gene produces a small natural anti-bacterial peptide [3] that protects all tissue surfaces from surfaces from germ proliferation. DEFB1 is targeted to help reduce the risk of uterine contagious agents when fibrous cells numbers are diminished.
